On Sunday August 26th we were present at the 42nd Avenue Street Fair. The Design Team has organized a mini-workshop to gather input from the community for new ideas for 42nd Avenue. It has been very interesting and inspirational.

A lot of people stopped by our booth and shared their thoughts. Through posting comments on a big map of the whole street or by sitting down at the workshop table and thinking with us on ideas for a new public gathering space.

The results were many concrete ideas for the street.  We also got a good sense of what the needs are for a new public space.

If you would like to do the workshop by yourself or if you would like to share some more thoughts and ideas, please don’t hesitate, we would love to hear your ideas! We are open to any suggestion and participation. If you like to attend our next design meeting, please come and join us!
