Waffles for the Holidays and You’re Invited!
Every year, the 42nd Avenue Business Association invites community members to spend time together and eat copious amounts of breakfast goodies — that time is upon us again.
Join community members at St. Charles Church this Saturday anytime between 9:00am and noon. For $3.00 or a donation of two cans of nonperishable food, you get tasty waffles and accompanying deliciousness — which is clearly the best breakfast deal in town. Donated food goes to the Oregon Food Bank.
Our 42nd Avenue will be hanging out, sharing information about some awesome new opportunities for existing businesses and folks who may be thinking about starting a business in our community. Mostly, though, we’ll be eating waffles and enjoying the company of friends.
Hope to see you there!

Concerts at Fernhill Park — visit us!
Our 42nd Avenue is one of many sponsors of Concerts at Fernhill Park, which begins this Friday at 6:30pm and will be held every Friday in the month of July at the same time. Additionally, there’s a special concert for National Night Out on August 7th. This is a great, family-friendly event with delicious food vendors — a wonderful way to celebrate the true beginning of summer.
This week’s concert features the Dirty Syncopators — funky tunes for everyone. Pack a picnic or get your dinner from the many vendors at the event, and then come by our booth to share your thoughts about the future of 42nd Avenue.
